Somerset Development Approved Engineer’s Report and Assessment
On November 28, 2023, the Wendt Ranch GHAD Board of Directors held a public hearing on the proposed assessment and tabulated the votes received. Of the 150 total residential properties within the Somerset development, a total of 62 votes were tallied with 46 Yes votes and 16 No votes. Therefore, the assessment did pass for the Somserset development.
On October 3, 2023, with Resolution 2023/04, the Wendt Ranch GHAD Board of Directors approved an Engineer’s Report, dated September 7, 2023, for the proposed GHAD assessment within the Somerset Development.
